  • Todd DeBonis
    President & Chief Executive Officer
    Todd DeBonis joined Pixelworks in January 2016 as Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Business Development, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in February 2016 and promoted to President & Chief Executive Officer in April 2016. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Mr. DeBonis most recently served as Vice President of Global Sales & Strategic Development at TriQuint Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TQNT) from 2004 to 2015. His responsibilities included global sales, business development, strategic planning, customer support, contract negotiation and corporate marketing. During his tenure at TriQuint, he was a key contributor to the company’s rapid growth from $300 million to $1.1 billion, while increasing operating margin from break-even to 20%. Prior to TriQuint, Mr. DeBonis served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Centillium Communications (NASDAQ: CTLM), Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Ishoni Networks and also held executive positions at Infineon Technologies, VisCom Corporation and Electec SoCal. Mr. DeBonis holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Nevada.

    • Haley Aman
      Chief Financial Officer
      Haley Aman was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Pixelworks in January 2022. Since joining the Company in 2011, she previously served in multiple financial leadership roles, including as Pixelworks’ Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and as Assistant Controller. Prior to Pixelworks, Ms. Aman spent over five years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she worked in Audit and Enterprise Risk Services. Ms. Aman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Portland State University. Ms. Aman is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon.

      • Tzoyao (“T”) Chan
        Executive Vice President, Engineering
        “T” Chan joined Pixelworks in January 2009 as Senior Vice President, Engineering and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Engineering in July 2011. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Mr. Chan most recently served as the General Manager and Senior Vice President of C2 Microsystems, Inc., and as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Tzero Technologies, Inc. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Chan held the position of Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Engineering with Genesis Microchip, Inc., a provider of solutions for LCD monitor, device interconnect, image enhancement and analog and digital TV systems. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Chan was the Vice President of Engineering at Paradise Electronics, Inc., which merged with Genesis Microchip, Inc., in 1999. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Chan held the position of Engineering Director, Multi-Media Products at Cirrus Logic, Inc. Prior to his service at Cirrus Logic, Mr. Chan held various design management positions at S3 Inc., Chips and Technologies, Inc., LSI Logic Corporation, Intel Corporation and Bell Labs Inc. Mr. Chan has registered 11 U.S. patents in the areas of computer architecture, mixed-signal design and MPEG technologies. Mr. Chan holds a B.S. degree from National Taiwan University, an M.S. degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Ph.D from the University of Arizona.

        • Sean Keohane
          Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations

          Sean Keohane joined Pixelworks in September 2019 as Vice President of Business Development and was promoted Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations in January 2021. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Mr. Keohane most recently served from 2016 to 2019 as Senior Vice President Sales & Business Development for Mediatek’s subsidiary, Nephos, Inc. From 2012 to 2015, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Business Development for Marvell Semiconductor managing a global sales organization for storage, networking, smart phone and multimedia products.  Prior to joining Marvell, Mr. Keohane held executive sales and marketing positions at three start-up companies in the networking and IPTV market segments, Solarflare, Aquantia, and Verismo. From 2000 to 2005, he served as CEO of SMC Networks successfully leading the company with strong growth in the home networking market segment. He also held prior executive positions at Allied Telesyn and National Semiconductor. Mr. Keohane’s extensive experience in both the semiconductor and systems businesses includes the areas of sales, business development, marketing, product management, and operations. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA from San Jose State University.

           


          • Richard Miller
            Executive Vice President, Technology and General Manager TrueCut
            Richard Miller joined Pixelworks in August 2012 as Senior Vice President, Technology. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Mr. Miller served as Chief Technology Officer, Media Processor Solutions at RMI Corporation and then Netlogic Microsystems, subsequent to Netlogic's acquisition of RMI Corp. From 2004 to 2007 Mr. Miller served as Chief Technology Officer at PortalPlayer Inc., where he also led the company's Cellular Platform group prior to its acquisition by NVIDIA in 2007. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Miller worked in consulting roles at Apple and NVIDIA, and as Entrepreneur in Residence at Redpoint Ventures. In 1995 Mr. Miller founded VM Labs Inc. and held the position of CEO until its acquisition by Genesis Microchip in 2002. From 1989 until 1995, Mr. Miller served as Vice President, Technology at Atari Corp. Mr. Miller holds a degree in Theoretical Physics from Queen Mary College, University of London.

            • Wallace Pai
              Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Pixelworks Shanghai
              Prior to joining Pixelworks Shanghai in August 2023, Mr. Pai served as Chairman of China at Imagination Technologies, where he oversaw the development and execution of market and ecosystem strategy. He previously held executive roles at numerous other multinational semiconductor companies, including the SVP of Advanced Technology Business at SMIC as well as VP and General Manager of Asia Pacific at GlobalFoundries. Before GlobalFoundries, he was VP and General Manager of the Smart Display division at Synaptics. Pai also held prior executive positions at Samsung, Google/Motorola Mobility as well as management roles at Qualcomm Technologies, Cadence and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Pai graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

              • Greg Zafiris
                Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer

                Greg joined Pixelworks in November 2018 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Greg was a managing partner at Alto Law Group, a boutique business law firm, from which he provided outside general counsel services to both private equity and publicly traded businesses, including E&J Gallo Winery, Pixelworks, Eclypsium, Puppet, and many others. From April 2004 to October 2007, Greg held the position of corporate counsel at Pixelworks, and from June 2000 to October 2003, he served as VP, Administration & Senior Counsel at Mobilian Corp, which was acquired by Intel. From August 1995 to May 2000, Greg was an associate attorney at Ater Wynne LLP and Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt. Greg holds a BA in History from UC Davis and a JD from Lewis & Clark, NW School of Law.


                • RAMON CAZARES
                  Senior Vice President and General Manager of Projector and Transcoding
                  Ramon Cazares joined Pixelworks in 2014 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Sales of Digital Projection products in 2016. Mr. Cazares has over 20 years of experience in the marketing of highly differentiated consumer ICs with a focus on wireless and video technologies. Prior to Pixelworks, he directed business development of silicon TV tuner products at CrestaTech and Xceive Corporation and Smart TV chips at TeleCruz Technology. Previously, Mr. Cazares held management positions at Cirrus Logic and VLSI Technology Inc. Mr. Cazares holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering from University of California at Davis.

                  • Hongmin (Bob) Zhang
                    Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer
                    Hongmin (Bob) Zhang joined Pixelworks in January 2002 as Vice President, Technology after Pixelworks’ acquisition of nDSP Corporation. In February 2007, Dr. Zhang also became our Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Zhang was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer in January 2010. From 1998 to 2001, Dr. Zhang held the position of Chief Technical Officer of nDSP, which he co-founded in 1997. From 1993 to 1997, Dr. Zhang served as President of Aptronix Inc., a pioneer in fuzzy logic, and, from 1989 to 1993, he served as Chief Technical Officer. From 1988 to 1989, Dr. Zhang held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at Apt Instruments, Ltd., which was renamed Aptronix Inc. From 1986 to 1988, Dr. Zhang held the position of Chief Scientist at Machine Intelligence Corporation in Beijing and served as an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Fuzzy Systems and Mathematics. From 1985 to 1986, Dr. Zhang held the position of Research Scientist at the Air Force Institute of Engineering in Xian. Dr. Zhang has registered 12 international patents on fuzzy logic and expert systems technologies and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Beijing Normal University, China.

                    • Linna Liu
                      Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Pixelworks Shanghai
                      Prior to joining Pixelworks Shanghai in February 2022, Ms. Liu served as interim Chief Financial Officer & General Manager at NTT Data Business Solutions China, formerly known as Intelligence, a long-time SAP Platinum Partner. Prior to that role, she was the Global Chief Financial Officer of Chemtex Chemical Engineering Company, Ltd., a world class integrated provider of technology, engineering, procurement, and construction management. She previously held various other financial and accounting roles at B&H Architects, Technip, B Digital Ltd, the City of Nedlands (Australia). Ms. Liu graduated from Edith Cowan University, Australia, with a Bachelor of Business and double major in Finance and Information Systems. She also holds a Master of Accounting degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

                      • Ting Xiong
                        Executive Vice President, President of China
                        Ting Xiong joined Pixelworks in October 2016 as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He was promoted to Executive Vice President, President of China in April 2022. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Mr. Xiong worked at TriQuint Semiconductor (later merged into Qorvo) from 1999 to 2016 where he served various functions including Sr. Director of Sales for APAC and Country Manager of China. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Xiong worked in fab process engineering at International Rectifier and Mitsubishi Silicon America. Mr. Xiong holds MBA and MS Physics degrees from Portland State University, and BS Physics degree from Peking University in China.

                            Amy Bunszel has served as a Director of Pixelworks since March 2019. Ms. Bunszel is currently the Executive Vice President of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC)Design solutions at Autodesk, a Fortune 500 design and make software company, where she leads strategy and execution for the company’s AEC design portfolio. Since joining Autodesk in 2003, she has served in several key senior management roles including Senior Vice President Design and Creation Products; Vice President, Digital Engineering Products; Vice President, AutoCAD products; and Senior Director, Digital Engineering. Prior to Autodesk, Ms. Bunszel served as Director, Product Management at Linius Technologies and Applications Engineer at Viewlogic. Notably, Ms. Bunszel was named one of the Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council in 2018 and 2021, and in 2013 was named one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times. She is currently a member of the President’s Council for Cornell Women and is an advisor to the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Program. Ms. Bunszel holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

                          • Dean W. Butler
                            Director
                            Dean Butler has served as a Director of Pixelworks since May 2022, and he has been the Chief Financial Officer of Synaptics Incorporated (Nasdaq: SYNA), a developer of human interface hardware and software solutions used in IoT, Mobile, and PC applications, since 2019. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Butler served as Vice President of Finance at Marvell Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRVL), a semiconductor developer focused on infrastructure technologies for cloud data centers and 5G networks. Prior to joining Marvell Technology, Inc., he served as Division Controller of Broadcom Inc. (Nasdaq: AVGO), a semiconductor and software provider servicing consumer, infrastructure, and communications markets, from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Butler also served in various leadership roles in Corporate Finance at Maxim Integrated (now part of Analog Devices), an analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits developer and manufacturer, from 2007 to 2014. Mr. Butler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is also a graduate of Stanford University’s Emerging CFO Program.

                          • C. Scott Gibson
                            Director
                            Scott Gibson has served as a Director of Pixelworks since May 2002 and currently serves on public company boards as his full time professional job. From January 1983 through February 1992, Mr. Gibson co-founded and served as President, and Co-CEO of Sequent Computer Systems, Inc., a computer systems company. Prior to co-founding Sequent, Mr. Gibson served as General Manager, Memory Components Operation, at Intel Corporation. Since March 1992, Mr. Gibson served as a Director for several high technology companies. Mr. Gibson is currently Chairman of the Board of RadiSys Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS), and serves on the Board of Directors of Northwest Natural Gas Company (NYSE: NWN) and Qorvo, Inc. (NASDAQ: QRVO). Within the past five years, Mr. Gibson also served on the Board of Directors of Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY) and TriQuint Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TQNT), which subsequently merged with RF Micro Devices, Inc., and became Qorvo, Inc. in January 2015.                           • Daniel J. Heneghan

                            Daniel J. Heneghan has served as a Director of Pixelworks since April 2006. Mr. Heneghan currently serves as an advisor to the semiconductor industry. From 1999 to 2005, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation, a world leader in the design and manufacture of high performance analog solutions. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Heneghan worked in various management positions in finance, information technology, purchasing and operations for Harris Corporation, an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets, including the position of Vice President and Controller of Harris Semiconductor Corporation, which he held from 1996 until leaving the company. Since February 2006, Mr. Heneghan has served on the board of directors of NTELOS Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: NTLS), a provider of wireless communication services. Since November 2008, Mr. Heneghan has also served on the Board of Directors of Micrel, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRL), a manufacturer of integrated circuit solutions. Since July 2010, Mr. Heneghan has also served on the Board of Directors for Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. (NYSE: FSL), a provider of embedded processing solutions. Mr. Heneghan is a graduate of Quincy University with a B.S. in accounting. Mr. Heneghan also earned an M.B.A. from Western Illinois University.

                          • John Liu
                            Director
                            John Liu has served as a Director of Pixelworks since September 2022.  Dr. Liu currently serves as a director on the boards of Digital China Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-based provider of information technology (IT) products and systems solutions, and dormakaba Holding AG, a global leader in the security and access control market. Dr Liu also held prior roles as the China chief executive officer of Afiniti, the global chief executive officer of VOSS, and as the chief operating officer of Wanda Internet Technology Group. Additionally, he previously served as a non-executive director on the board of ARM Holdings Plc. Earlier in his career, Dr. Liu held numerous senior executive positions at globally recognized communications and networking companies, including the corporate vice president and president of Greater China at Google Inc. and the China chief executive officer of SK Telecom Co., Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Beijing Normal University, obtained a Ph.D. in Telecommunications Network Management from Technical University of Denmark and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Program.

                          • David J. Tupman
                            Director
                            David J. Tupman has served as a Director of Pixelworks since April 2014 and as a consultant to Pixelworks since July 2012. Mr. Tupman is currently the CEO of Details Lab Inc., an advisory firm focusing on scaling organizations for high-growth, technology development and new product introduction. From 2001 to 2011, Mr. Tupman rose from manager to Vice President of hardware engineering at Apple, Inc., where he led the hardware engineering and technology teams for multiple mobile devices, including the iPhone and iPod devices. Prior to Apple, Mr. Tupman worked at Psion Computers in London, England from 1995 to 2001 as a hardware-engineering manager where he developed a number of PDAs including the Psion Series 5MX and the Revo. From 1988 to 1995, Mr. Tupman was a Principal Design Engineer at Schlumberger in Farnborough, England where he developed low power, high precision sensors for the gas, fuel and aerospace industries. Mr. Tupman holds a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from University of Salford, England. Mr. Tupman is named as an inventor on more than 30 US patents.
